Where is Moganshan?

Moganshan is located in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

Moganshan, located in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, is a national scenic spot. According to legend, more than 2,000 years ago, the Prince of Wu sent Mo Xie and his wife to cast chinese odyssey's male and female swords here, hence the name. It is one of the four summer resorts in China. With a total area of 58 square kilometers, the scenic spot is known as bamboo cultivation, mountain spring and villa, and has the reputation of "the first mountain in the south of the Yangtze River".

Moganshan has a development history of more than 1000 years, forming a rich cultural landscape. Numerous historical celebrities have left countless poems, stone carvings, deeds and more than 250 celebrity villas for Moganshan.

1890, American missionary Flickr discovered and recommended Moganshan. 1896, British Baylor built the first country villa in the mountain village, which opened the first villa construction peak in Moganshan, including the United States, Britain and Germany. At the same time, churches, post offices, hotels, swimming pools, tennis courts and other public facilities have been built, forming a modern social life pattern at the top of the mountain. 1, Tai Hang Scenic Area

The scenery of the four seasons in Dakeng Scenic Area has its own characteristics. In spring, the mountains are red, the cliffs are in full bloom, in midsummer, the sky is overcast, and in winter, it is snowy, especially the autumn color map composed of colorful tree species such as Pinus bungeana and Liquidambar formosana. The area is characterized by heroes, wonders and dangers, and there are ancient geological wonders-Rolling Stone Waterfall, Tianmen, Corner, Shiping Cliff, Little Stone Forest, Yuanfeiting and Liu Yun Bridge.

2. Didi Cuitan

It was rebuilt from an abandoned quarry in the1980s. Because of the dense bamboos in Moganshan, the famous calligrapher inscribed the word "Cui" on the cliff, hence the name Tan. The word "Cui" is about 10 meter high, magnificent and elegant, and is known as "the first Chinese character in the south of the Yangtze River". In the rainy season, the mountain spring drops down along the high cliff, hence the name Pearl Waterfall. Many famous calligraphy are engraved on the cliff surface, which is a representative landscape of Moganshan.
