Zero Zen Forest-A Utopia of Zen Aesthetics

Lingchan Forest, located in Yudong Gorge, Guiyang, was renovated from a dilapidated house ten years ago by the host here, Master Dejiu. It was named Lingchan Forest, which means facing the reality. Self, return to zero.

Master De Stirrup was originally a performance artist. After enlightenment, he became a monk and engaged in abstract painting. Now his painting style has changed to realism, which he believes can better express the real world. In his paintings, there are more deep thoughts on human nature and understanding of Buddhist philosophy.

Due to fate, many like-minded people gathered here, and two of them became his disciples to protect this pure land with him. One is the calligraphy monk Anshun, and the other is the painting monk Dele.

The three masters and apprentices created the dry landscape landscape of this old house like paintings full of artistic conception. This is the paradise world, but we are still in the mundane world, leaving the city but not leaving the world. When you calm down, you will find that it is filled with the beauty of Zen art, which is naturally integrated with the mountains and rivers.

People come here to let themselves go and find their true nature. Lingzen Forest becomes everyone’s home and a spiritual utopia.

Let your soul rest, comprehend life while talking and laughing, and be inspired by the wisdom of the Buddha.

Dreams are not just poems and distant places, but quiet and living in every minute and every moment of the present.

When you let go of your obsessions and look inward, letting go of yourself and forgetting yourself is the return to true freedom and ease.
