Xin Ximeng: A native of Dingzhou, Hebei Province, 1938, 1962 graduated from Peking University Library Department. He has served as deputy director, research librarian, professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy director of academic committee of China Academy of Sciences Library (later renamed China Academy of Sciences Document Information Center). Library society of china, executive director, chairman of the Library Society of the Central State Organs and the Ministry of Scientific Research. Xin Ximeng, a famous library and information scientist and calligrapher's doctoral supervisor, is a professor at Guojie Old Home and director of the Institute of Library and Information Science. He has served as an adjunct professor in Peking University, China Academy of Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China and other universities, and was once the editor-in-chief of the library discipline of Encyclopedia of China (Second Edition). He has published more than 300 papers, presided over and participated in national and provincial scientific research projects 10. He has written and co-authored more than 0 books 10, such as Economic Effects of Intellectual Resources Development and Literature Work, and Introduction to Library and Information Work, and has won many honorary titles such as the State Council government subsidies.
His calligraphy is basically based on Weibei. At present, Zhang Shufan in Beijing and Benxun Zhang in Kaifeng have written well in China. As far as artistic style and basic skills are concerned, it is not outstanding, but it is also considered as celebrity calligraphy, with a value of 5,000 to 6,000 (136x68cm).
