Three ways of writing "二"
One is that the word "二" is above or below "尰". In the first set of RMB, 7 types of 20-yuan coupons and 5 types of 200-yuan coupons have 18 occurrences of the word "二" on the front and back, of which the word "二" is written on "尋" in 8 places. There are 10 words written under "彰" in 10 places. The most peculiar one is the 200-yuan rice-cutting coupon, which is written in a completely different way on the front and back. Since the second set of RMB, the word "二" written on "彰" has appeared 10 times. The word "二" written under "彰" only appears on 2 jiao and 2 yuan in the fourth set of RMB and 20 yuan in the fifth set of RMB. Passed 3 places.
The second is whether the word "贝" is simplified or traditional or omitted. Omitting the word "贝" is an incorrect writing method often used by some people, and it does not appear on the RMB. The 27 characters for "贝" on the first to third sets of RMB and the 2-cent coin are all in traditional Chinese. The 4 characters for "贝" on the fourth and fifth sets of RMB and the 1980 version of the 2-cent coin are all in traditional Chinese. Simplified Chinese characters are used.
The third is "," which is on the upper right or lower right of "彰". There is no doubt that "," is written on the upper right side of "弋", but only on the first set of RMB 200 Foxiang Pavilion coupons, "," is written on the lower right side of "弋". This shows that Chinese characters and the richness of the art of calligraphy.
In 1988, our country issued the "Modern Chinese Common Character List" stipulating that traditional Chinese characters, variant characters and non-standard simplified characters will no longer be used. Therefore, starting from the fourth set of RMB, the character "二" will be used. The standardized writing method has been adopted, but the 2-cent banknotes and 2-cent coins that are still in circulation still use the traditional writing method of "Bei" and "二" on "彰" without any change.
