As soon as I stepped into the kindergarten gate, I was attracted by the environment full of autonomy, nature, harmony and love: the green eyes that came to my face were refreshing; The walls of the indoor promenade are rich in content, and all kinds of interactions between faculty, teachers and children, and between families, as well as the traces of every director and teacher's struggle in the regular garden are engraved in them, which exudes a strong cultural atmosphere; The activity space runs through, and the corner of the kindergarten is skillfully and reasonably used by the teacher. Through the imprint left by each place, we can see the most natural state of children in a free and independent environment. After three days of study-the baptism of "brainstorming", I have gained a lot.
? First, walk into the class and observe the growth.
? This time, I will observe the activities of Class Three at a fixed point. Rich regional materials and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, I don't need to say more. One thing that impressed me deeply was the "weather record" incident. Teacher Zhang guided the children to change the "weather baby" and hoped that they would choose the "cloudy baby". In the face of the little boy's insistence on choosing "cloudy baby", Teacher Zhang asked everyone: "Right? Right? Right? " Teacher Zhu interrupted her: "Wait a minute, first ask him why he chose cloudy days." Teacher Zhu said that everyone should first identify whether it is a "cloudy baby". When they are outdoors, children will observe and feel the weather carefully and then make a second choice. In this regard, I deeply feel that it is better to teach people to fish than to teach people to fish. Children make their own game plans, actively observe and explore things, and gain a series of experiences. I believe that children must remember the conclusions drawn through personal experience rather than memorizing the characteristics of various weather.
? The second thing that impressed me was "teachers' self-orientation". Teacher Zhu suggested that in-service teachers should observe children's activities from a distance, don't disturb their games, and record children's activities in time through various forms, so that they can take care of their emotions when facing introverted children. When the children were about to complete the operation of building and painting, Mr. Zhu smiled and applauded, infecting the children's emotions with happiness. She is an observer, collaborator, guide and supporter of children's activities.
? Second, activities are diverse, independent and orderly.
? There are 45 children and 4 teachers in Class 3 of my post. From signing in the park in the morning, to eating in the morning and then grouping outdoor activities and indoor activities, to going to the toilet, drinking water to exchange venue games, and then distributing tableware to eat independently at noon. There are many forms of activities and a large number of participants, but the whole class is very quiet-the teacher occasionally reminds individual children in a low voice that children can carry out their own activities in order without being reminded by others. As for afternoon activities, the same is true.
? For example, when it rains in April 16 and 3:3 1, the teacher guides the children to pack up their outdoor equipment and enter the classroom. Sometimes, I also see children stand up their shoulders, straighten their arms, carefully carry plastic buckets filled with water, and walk step by step from the bathroom to the classroom art area. Although it seems to be "hard work", the children refused to help, and all of them independently completed their "tasks" and enjoyed it.
? Third, originality, showing the wisdom of life.

Aside from the warm and comfortable picture book hall, spacious and bright sports hall and beautiful art museum, I have a special liking for the overall design of the conventional garden, which is "hidden in the city": the first floor of the indoor hall is set as "sports hall", the second floor as "art museum" and the third floor as "cognitive hall", with progressive and in-depth contents; Kindergarten skillfully combines a series of honors and wall decoration won by kindergarten, which not only shows achievements, but also is not abrupt; There are different philosophical stories written on the two door panels of Orff Music Indoor Toilet. Each class corridor contains natural corners (including planting area, feeding area, observation area, sketching area, four seasons table, etc. ), parents' garden, tips on current events, teachers' opinions and quotations on parenting, material collection, children's growth files, class tribes, etc., can be described as "a small world with everything"; Kindergarten has built a teacher's book. Standing in front of the bookshelf, I found that there are many kinds of newspapers and magazines, most of which are not specifically aimed at preschool education. This coincides with my idea. Front-line teachers rarely have time to sit down and read quietly. Books give us a wonderful reading experience, which is far beyond the comparison of mobile phones and computers. Children need progress, and teachers need progress, so that "teaching and learning learn from each other" can adapt to the ever-changing social life; The layout of the conference room is simple and atmospheric, and the three wall charts appropriately reflect the educational concept of Mr. Lv Fengzi, a modern calligrapher and art educator in China. The pool built in the school playground is stepped, and children in large, medium and small classes can freely choose the height to play games according to the actual situation; The flower beds on campus are designed as a "one-meter garden", which divides the areas of different classes and becomes the exclusive vegetable fields for each class ... Every place makes me feel "not weird but just right" and "it should be like this".

? Teacher Shi Feng of the Central Academy of Fine Arts has always emphasized that "painting is actually very simple" when instructing us to paint. In my opinion, education is actually very simple. Several lectures organized by regular kindergartens for us also verified this view.
? I've been thinking: how to better carry out the theme activities in the future? How to be a real observer, recorder, guide, collaborator and supporter? Through this precious learning opportunity, I have learned a lot of knowledge and will apply what I have learned to further improve my professional level and education and teaching level.
