Pulmonary fibrosis is the result of human repair when fibroblasts are chemically or physically damaged, which is what we call "honeycomb lung". It is a representative disease of interstitial lung or diffuse interstitial lung disease, which is fatal in severe cases.
When pulmonary fibrosis develops further, symptoms of dyspnea usually appear. Patients with severe pulmonary fibrosis are accompanied by symptoms such as dry cough and fatigue, and this dry cough is very stubborn, frequent day and night, aggravated at night, and more painful after coughing. The patient gradually lost the labor force and lived on the ventilator until he died of lung failure.
