Why is Guangxu's master in "The Sky" not Weng Tonghe but Yang Xizhen?

Weng Tonghe (1830-1904), courtesy name Shuping, nickname Songchan, aliases Junzhai, Pingsheng, Pinglu Jushi, Bingmei Jushi, etc. Tianfangxianren, a layman named Ping'an in the late 1990s, was born in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. He is a famous politician and calligraphy artist in modern Chinese history. The third son of Weng Xincun, a scholar of Tirenge University, was the champion in the sixth year of Xianfeng (1856). He successively served as Minister of the Ministry of Household Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, the Minister of Military Aircraft and the Prime Minister's Minister of International Affairs. He served as the imperial advisor of Tongzhi and Guangxu dynasties of the Qing Dynasty. After his death, he was given the posthumous title Wengong.

Weng Tonghe was a poet and painter, especially famous for his calligraphy. He studied Ou and Chu when he was young, and Dong Qichang and Mi Fu at the beginning. After middle age, he pursued Yan Zhenqing from Qian Feng, and was not bound by the word Yan. The body is wide and open, the strokes are strong and powerful, the style is bold and vigorous, simple, majestic and graceful. He is the author of "The Diary of Wengwen Gonggong" and "Pinglu Poetry Manuscript".

Emperor Master in Two Dynasties

In the fifth year of Guangxu's reign (1879), Du Ruilian, the governor of Yunnan, sent Cui Zunyi and Pan Yingzhang to Beijing with a huge sum of money to resolve the issue of Yunnan's reimbursement of French military expenses.
