How to protect the copyright of calligraphy

The copyright of painting and calligraphy is protected by dealing with copyright. According to the relevant laws of our country, the works of China citizens, legal persons or unincorporated organizations, whether published or not, enjoy copyright in accordance with this law. His works are registered voluntarily. Registering works is helpful to solve copyright disputes caused by copyright ownership.

Works of China citizens, legal persons or unincorporated organizations, whether published or not, shall enjoy copyright in accordance with this Law.

Trial Measures for Voluntary Registration of Works Article 1

These Measures are formulated to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of authors or other copyright owners and users of works, help solve copyright disputes caused by copyright ownership, and provide preliminary evidence for solving copyright disputes.
