1. After selecting all cells, right-click any column, and then click column width in the right-click menu. Set the column width to 2 in the column width window, and click OK to finish the setting.
2. After selecting the cell area A 1: B3, click the merged small arrow in the alignment ribbon on the start tab of the menu bar, and select Cross Merge in the drop-down menu. Select the cell range from the first row to the third row, click the right mouse button, and select the row height from the right-click menu. Set the line height to 9 in the line height window, and click OK to finish the setting.
3. First select the cell area A 1: B3, then click the border in the font ribbon and select another border from the drop-down menu. Set the color to green (as required), click on the outer border and the inner side, and finally click OK to save the settings. Select the cell range A4: B5, and then open the border setting window according to the above operation. Set the color to green, and then click the outer border. Then click the dotted line in the style, click inside, and finally click OK to save the settings.
4. Select the cell area A 1: B5, move the mouse pointer to the small black dot in the lower right corner, and after the pointer becomes "+",press and hold horizontally to fill the cell. Vertical filling is different from horizontal filling. Select the cell range from the first line to the fifth line, and then click the format brush in the clipboard ribbon to fill it from the sixth line. Please follow the legend of this step strictly, otherwise it will fail.
