I am especially good at web design and website management and maintenance. The design of the first medium-sized website was completed in XX1October, the planning and modification of the large-scale comprehensive website was completed at the end of XX1February, and the design of the third website was started in March of XX-X.
The designer's probation period turned positive, and the second time passed quickly. In a blink of an eye, the probation period was coming to an end. This is a precious experience in my life, and it also left me with beautiful memories. During this time, my colleagues and leaders gave me enough tolerance, support and help, which made me fully feel the leadership? All rivers run into sea? I remember that when I applied for the first time, my understanding of the company was limited to one of the top advertising companies in Chongqing, and my understanding of the position of designer was limited to engaging in relatively simple advertising creativity and art execution. Other than that, I know nothing. Therefore, how to know, understand and be familiar with the industry I am engaged in during the probation period has become my top priority.
First, through theoretical study and daily work accumulation, I have a deeper understanding of the company.
I remember when I first arrived at the company, my first job was to modify a corporate greeting card. However, I am ashamed to say that because I am not familiar with the overall image packaging of the other company, this small greeting card modification task made me work in the company from around 5 pm to midnight 12. Repeated revisions and long waiting for customers' reply are both new and challenging for me. Ignorance of school education is the premise and foundation of all progress. During this period, I seriously studied and learned about the company's relevant information, and initially learned about the company's previous and current customers. In this respect, Luo Hui, the group leader, Jian Mo, the production designer, and Yang Fan, the artist who just arrived at the company like me, have given me a lot of help, and I have always been grateful to them. With the accumulation of daily work, I have a deeper understanding of the company and realize its pivotal position in Chongqing advertising industry. At the same time, the company has a relatively advanced management system and an administrative organization that operates according to enterprise standards. All this makes me full of confidence and expectation for the development of the company.
Second, study the work function seriously, and the work ability has been improved to a certain extent.
According to the requirements of job responsibilities, my main task is (1) to complete the design work instructions issued by the team leader; (2) Participate in the discussion of related advertising ideas; (3) Other work assigned by the leaders. Through the completion of the above work, I realize that a competent designer should have a good design mentality, dare to put forward his own ideas and plans, dare to innovate, and have considerable artistic skills and familiar design software operation ability! Of course, good language skills are essential to show your creativity to leaders and colleagues. At present, there are some shortcomings in creative thinking, so we need to consult and learn from senior leaders and colleagues of the group and other groups. In order to make myself a famous advertising art designer, I also read a lot of books related to design, trying to help and improve in my work.
