Is the running script the largest in the history of calligraphy in China?

In the history of calligraphy in China, the number of running scripts is indeed one of the largest. Running script originated in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and developed and evolved through Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui, Tang and Five Dynasties, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and formed different styles and schools in different periods.
