Jiangsu Calligraphers Association is a professional people's organization in Jiangsu Province, which is led by China * * * production party and composed of calligraphers and calligraphers voluntarily. It is the bridge and link between the party and the government to contact the calligraphy circle.
Article 2 Under the leadership of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, with Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology, this Association will carry out the Party's direction of "serving the people and socialism" and the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", unite and organize calligraphers in the province, and work hard to prosper and develop the calligraphy art in our province and promote the construction of a socialist spiritual civilization and a cultural province.
Article 3 This Association is a group member of China Calligraphers Association and Jiangsu Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The association implements the system of combining group members with individual members. The provincial calligraphers' association, the provincial system calligraphers' association and other relevant calligraphy professional groups are members of the association. The association has the responsibility of liaison, coordination, service and guidance to members of various organizations. The main tasks of this association are: to unite people in the calligraphy field widely, to keep close contact with members, to strengthen professional guidance for members, to create conditions for their learning and creation, to listen to and reflect their construction and requirements in time, and to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests according to law.
Article 4 The Association shall abide by the Constitution, laws and government regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC). According to their own characteristics, to carry out calligraphy art, academic and educational activities.
Article 5 The Association encourages and organizes its members to study in Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory; Learn professional knowledge of calligraphy; Organize members to go deep into life in a planned way; Encourage members to emancipate their minds, innovate boldly, constantly improve their ideological and artistic level, and strive to introduce calligraphy works and academic achievements with national characteristics and the spirit of the times; Support members to engage in calligraphy education and cultivate calligraphy talents.
Article 6 The Association actively participates in artistic activities organized by China Calligraphers Association and Jiangsu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and strengthens contacts and exchanges with calligraphy organizations in brother provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.
Article 7 The Association actively conducts international calligraphy exchanges and friendly visits. Article 8 Anyone who agrees with the articles of association and has made certain achievements in the creation, theoretical research, education and organization of calligraphy and seal cutting may apply to join the association. Applicants must be introduced by two members of the association, recommended by their team members, and approved by the Council or the presidium according to the Working Rules for Admission of Members before they can become members of the association. Members of this Association meet the requirements for applying to join the China Calligraphers Association. They must apply in person, and members of their organizations report to the Association, which is approved and recommended by the Council or the presidium.
Article 9 All members of this Association have the obligation to abide by the articles of association of this Association, implement the resolutions of this Association and pay the membership fees; Have the obligation to participate in the activities of this association, accept the work entrusted by this association, and reflect the opinions and demands of the masses on calligraphy work to this association; Have the right to vote and stand for election; Have the right to criticize and suggest the work of this association; Have the freedom to quit the meeting.
Article 10 If a member of this Association is deprived of his civil rights due to legal sanctions for violating the law, or seriously violates the articles of association of this Association and damages the reputation of this Association, his membership shall be cancelled or suspended with the approval of the Presidium of this Association.
Article 11 All people at home and abroad who are enthusiastic about the calligraphy industry in Jiangsu Province, actively support the work of the Association and agree with the articles of association can serve as honorary directors or honorary members of the Association upon their own application, member introduction or recommendation by relevant units and approval by the presidium of the Association. Article 12 The highest authority of this Association is the members' congress. When the members' congress is not in session, the Council shall act on its behalf. When the Council is not in session, the presidium leads the work of the Council.
Thirteenth representatives of the Association Congress shall be elected by the members of each organization according to the allocated quota, after full consultation and in accordance with certain democratic procedures. According to the needs of the work, the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Presidium of this Association may determine a number of specially invited representatives.
The tasks of the conference are: to consider and adopt the work report of the last session; Amend the Articles of Association; Elect a new Council; Discuss and decide other important matters.
Members' congresses are held once every five years, and may be held in advance or postponed when necessary.
Article 14 The Council of the Provincial Book Association shall be elected by the members' congress of the Association. Candidates for the board of directors shall be nominated by members of various organizations according to the agreed quota and approved by their competent departments. The Presidium of the General Assembly may also propose candidates for the director of relevant parties as needed. Candidates for the board of directors shall be determined after approval by the Congress. The representatives of the team members in the Council are naturally replaced, that is, after the director no longer serves as the team leader, the team members recommend another person in charge to take over and report to the presidium of the Council for approval.
The tasks and responsibilities of the Council are: to elect the chairman and vice-chairman; Review and inspect the annual work of the Association; Listen to the work report of the presidium, and inspect and supervise the work of the presidium; Discuss and decide other important matters.
The Council is convened by the presidium once a year.
The term of office of the Council is five years.
Article 15 The Presidium of this Association is composed of a chairman and several vice-chairmen to preside over the work of the Council. The presidium consists of a secretary-general and several deputy secretaries-general, and is responsible for handling the daily work of the association under the leadership of the presidium. Candidates are appointed by the Presidium of the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Resident cadres are managed by the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The meeting of the presidium shall be convened by the chairman or designated vice-chairman at least twice a year. It can be held at any time when necessary.
Article 16 The Association shall have several consultants and honorary directors. Consultants and honorary directors are appointed by the Council of the Association.
Article 17 The Association shall establish institutions related to art, academia and education. Members of the working body are appointed by the presidium to carry out relevant activities under the leadership of the presidium of the Association. The main person in charge of each working organization is divided into members of the presidium. Article 18 The sources of funds for this Association are: (1) State appropriation; (2) membership fees; (three) the proceeds from the development of paid services and operations; (4) accepting donations and sponsorship.
Article 19 The Articles of Association shall be discussed and approved by the members' congress of the Association, and the right of amendment belongs to the members' congress. The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Presidium of the Council.
