The Eastern Han Dynasty followed the former system and was the territory of Shu and Wan counties of Lujiang County of the Yangzhou Governor's Department. In the early years of Jianwu, Wan County was restored to the state of Hou, and later to the county; in the second year of Yuanhe (85), it was changed to Liu'an State; in the second year of Zhanghe (88), it was restored to Lujiang County.
Three Kingdoms is still Lujiang County. The two counties of Shu and Anhui were fought over by Wei and Wu. In the 19th year of Jian'an (214), they belonged to Wei before and then to Wu.
The Western Jin Dynasty restored the Han system and belonged to Shu, Wan and Longshu counties in Lujiang County. After the Yongjia Rebellion, Wan County was abolished.
