Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to standardize the enrollment work of our school this year.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the college enrollment of general higher education in 2020.

Chapter II Charging Standards

Article 4 charging standards

Major:

1. Art education major: 3300 yuan per student per academic year.

2. Preschool education major: 3,300 yuan per student per academic year.

3. Music education major: 3,300 yuan per student per academic year.

4. Early education major: 3,300 yuan per student per academic year.

5. Primary education major: 3,300 yuan per student per academic year.

6. Special education major: 3,300 yuan per student per academic year.

7. Fine arts (calligraphy) major: 5 100 yuan per student per academic year.

Chapter III Issuance of Academic Certificates

Fifth students complete the teaching content required by the training program and obtain qualified results, which meet the graduation conditions. College graduates are awarded college diplomas stipulated by the state, and higher vocational graduates are awarded college diplomas stipulated by the state.

Chapter IV Financial Aid Policies and Related Procedures for Students from Poor Families

Article 6 The main contents of the national subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities

According to the Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students from Poor Families in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools, our school has set up national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (including national student loans in schools and credit student loans from students' places of origin), national education subsidies for students in military service colleges, tuition compensation for grassroots employment and student loans.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the school will take different measures and give financial assistance after verification.

Article 7 The main contents of the on-campus subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities

Our school fully withdraws 5% of the funds from its business income, and has established on-campus scholarships (principal scholarships, first-class scholarships, second-class scholarships, third-class scholarships) and work-study programs.

Article 8 Identification of students with financial difficulties from families in colleges and universities and related procedures.

Students with financial difficulties in their families refer to students who can't pay the basic study and living expenses during their studies at school with the funds raised by themselves and their families. Students can apply for the identification of family financial difficulties when they enter school, and the school will give corresponding subsidies according to the results of the identification of family financial difficulties and the relevant provisions of the state funding policy.

Article 9 Foreign language requirements for professional training: there is no limit to the unified examination of foreign languages for each major.

Article 10 Requirements for checking the enrollment ratio of male and female students: All majors are not limited to male and female students.

Article 12 Access Rules

First, the principles of professional admission in colleges and universities

1. According to the spirit of "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020" promulgated by the Ministry of Education, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and taking the results of the college entrance examination as the main basis, comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates.

2. Proportion of filing: volunteering to file batches in sequence, and the proportion of the school's access to candidates' files is controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle. If there are special provisions on the proportion of student provinces, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of student provinces. 3. Volunteer admission in colleges and universities: provinces (cities) that volunteer in order give priority to the first volunteer candidates. When the number of the first volunteer students is insufficient, the second volunteer candidates are not fully admitted according to the professional plan, and so on; According to the provinces (cities) that file in parallel volunteer, candidates who file first are given priority. When the number of students is insufficient, the candidates who file after admission will be replenished according to the incomplete professional plan. 4. Professional voluntary admission: the principle of "professional clarity" is adopted for candidates who enter the archives.

(1) Give priority to their first choice. If their first choice cannot be met, they will be admitted according to their second choice, but they still can't meet their third choice, and so on;

(2) If the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, the candidates who are subject to professional adjustment will be transferred to the unfinished major according to the high score to the low score; Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment or obey the adjustment but the file scores do not meet the adjustment standards will be dismissed; (3) When the candidates have the same scores, they will be sorted according to the single subject scores from high to low. According to the order of Chinese, foreign language, mathematics, comprehensive literature (or comprehensive science), those with high scores in each subject are preferred. 5. Candidates who enjoy the policy of adding points or dropping points shall file according to the provisions of the admissions examination institutions in their provinces (cities, districts).

Second, the admission principles of art majors

1. Candidates who apply for art majors in our school must obtain professional test certificates from their provinces;

2. According to the admission principle of art majors stipulated by the provincial examination institute where the candidates are located, the school calculates the comprehensive scores according to "60% of the scores of cultural courses+100% of the scores of professional courses", and selects the best candidates from high scores to low scores according to the comprehensive scores;

3. When the comprehensive scores are the same, candidates with higher scores in cultural courses are given priority;

4. Candidates who have the same scores in cultural courses shall be sorted in the order of single subject scores from high to low, with Chinese, foreign languages, mathematics, literature (or science) as the order, with the highest score being preferred.

Three, Jilin Province, colleges and universities enrollment unified examination admission principles

1. According to the spirit of "Jilin Province 2020 Higher Vocational Classified Examination Enrollment Work Regulations" promulgated by the Jilin Provincial Admissions Committee, based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and taking the test results as the main basis, comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates.

2. Investment proportion: According to the investment proportion requirements of Jilin Province's admissions examination institutions.

3. Care for extra points: Candidates who enjoy policy extra points or lower points shall file according to the regulations of the Jilin Provincial Admissions Examination Institution.

4. Professional admission: Admission is based on the principle of "score first".

(1) The scores of the entrance examination are composed of "cultural quality examination+vocational skills test".

(2) According to the candidates' test scores, the candidates are selected from high scores to low scores.

(3) When the effective scores of candidates are the same, the priority level: according to the order of individual subjects and the grades from high to low. According to the order of vocational skills, Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, those with high scores in all subjects are preferred.
