Is there any scientific way to better control the brush ... thank you, I am also a calligraphy lover, and I have been there for some time.

First of all, we must master the correct writing method. Holding the pen with five fingers is recognized as the correct method: press, press, hook, stop, press: use the first section of the thumb to cling to the inside of the pen holder, and twist the pen holder with the thumb joint to bend it slightly outward. Grip: use the first joint of the index finger to cling to the outside of the pen holder, and the thumb cooperates to grasp the pen holder. Hook: Hook the outside of the pen with the first and second sections of the middle finger. Plaid: Hold the right outer side of the pen holder from the inside out with the nail root of the ring finger, and block the pen holder by hooking the middle finger inward and push it outward. Reach out: the little finger clings to the ring finger, leans under the ring finger and doesn't touch the pen. The ring finger is weak, so you can't push the hook of the middle finger alone. You need the little finger to hold it below and push harder.

Essentials: refers to the solid, palm deficiency, palm vertical, wrist flat, straight tube.

Then I wrote more and practiced more, gradually overcoming the weakness of my wrists and fingers (it took me a week to barely master the writing method, and I hardly shook my hands when writing)

There are also some stresses on writing characters of different sizes: small characters are often written by wrist (wrist is pressed on the desktop), and larger characters can be written by pillow wrist (right wrist is placed on the back of left hand) or cursive script, and cursive script is best to stand up and write freely by hanging wrist (arm is suspended). However, it takes some time to master the wrist hanging.

I wish you success in your studies and carry forward the quintessence of Chinese culture!
