Xiao Lao's introduction

Xiao Lao, formerly known as Zhong Mei, worships beauty, and posthumous title Xiaozhai is forgetful. Originally from Meixian District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, 1896, Xunxian County, Henan Province. 1920 graduated from Chinese Department of Peking University. He used to be honorary director of China Calligraphers Association, librarian of Central Museum of Literature and History, president of Beijing China Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, honorary vice president of China Senior Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, and vice president of Zhongshan Painting and Calligraphy Society. He studied calligraphy and poetry with his father since childhood. At the beginning of calligraphy, he studied Shi Guwen. Later, he studied Chu Suiliang's Preface to the Wild Goose Pagoda, General Li Yong's Yunhui and Li Sixun Monument, and became a family of his own.
