Li Haijun was born in 1957 in Zhoukou, Henan. Graduated from Henan Calligraphy Education Correspondence College in 1987. Director of the Zhoukou District Calligraphy Association of Henan Province, member of the Henan Province Calligraphers Association, member of the Henan Province Chinese Hard Pen Association, director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, and member of the Chinese Standard Cursive Script Society.
