After graduating from university, he was assigned to teach in Bozhou No. 1 Middle School. He served as secretary and deputy director of the principal’s office, deputy director and director of the scientific research center, and assistant to the principal of Bozhou No. 1 Middle School. In 2006, he participated in the national backbone teacher training for the new high school curriculum experiment. He serves as a director of the Anhui Provincial Middle School Chinese Teaching Research Association, a standing judge of the Anhui Provincial Project Expert Review Committee, a member of the Provincial Calligraphy Association, a director of the Municipal Calligraphy Association, a representative of the Bozhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a member of the Qiaocheng District CPPCC. He has sent out to many senior high school graduating classes, published many teaching and scientific research papers, led and participated in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, and won many awards for his scientific research achievements.
