While doing a good job in teaching, the hospital adheres to the principle of promoting research through teaching and teaching through research. The main translated works include The Legend of the King of Tibet, The Biography of Mirariba, Many Biographies of King Gesar, A Dream of Red Mansions, etc. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the party's ethnic policy and intellectual policy have been fully implemented, and faculty members have devoted themselves to teaching and scientific research with brand-new mental outlook, and a new generation of Tibetan scholars such as Duo Shi, Ma Jinwu, Hua Kan, He Wenxuan, Jia Zangcai Dan and Gao Rui have emerged, as well as a number of outstanding young and middle-aged teachers. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the Party's ethnic policy and intellectual policy have been fully implemented, and workers who have received extensive assistance have devoted themselves to teaching and scientific research with a brand-new mental outlook. A group of scholars with great knowledge, three outstanding talents, He Wenxuan, Hua Kan, Gao Rui and talented people have emerged. The Institute of Tibetan Language and Culture pays attention to academic exchanges, and has successfully held the first national seminar on teaching reform of Tibetan language specialty in colleges and universities, the seminar on the 50th anniversary of the creation and development of Tibetan language and literature in Northwest University for Nationalities in 2000, and the national seminar on Tibetan culture education with the support of the school in 2002.
