1. Social practice content:

1. Learning safety knowledge and policies and regulations related to electric power. Go to the customer's home to repair the line with the staff of the power supply station, and publicize the knowledge of safe electricity use to the users. On July 3th, he rushed to the emergency repair operation site of 5# pole fracture of 71Jinji 11KV line to assist the construction personnel in emergency repair under the supervision of the construction guardian. On August 6th, together with the power distribution personnel of the power supply station, Sanyou Village immigrated to the Taiwan area, measured the low voltage to the home to rectify the line, and worked out the budget table.

2. Learn the perfect management operation mode and safety production responsibility system of Juanqiao Power Supply Station. Attend the power supply station meeting four times. The themes of the meeting are: strengthening the management of electricity consumption and the supervision of safety production; Deploy the peak summer work; Summarize the work in July and make the work plan for August; Study and Practice "Theory of Three Represents" Summary Symposium.

3. Learn from Juanqiao Power Supply Station's "Implementation Measures for Implementing Quality Service in Power Supply Department". Practice in the business hall of power supply station and implement standardized and high-quality service. Accept customers' consultation and explain the charging and electricity price to electricity users.

4. learn the power supply management information system JN2, understand the system functions and operating environment, and master the use of JN2. Input the low-voltage circuit diagram, customer information and customer meter account of each radio station area into JN2 system, modify the number of the meter table and the number of the meter box, operate the computer according to the monthly electricity bill process, make out an invoice by computer and print the electricity bill.

2. Practice summary and suggestions:

Juanqiao Power Supply Bureau is in charge of the electricity consumption of all residents, factories and mines in the 14 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Juanqiao Town. With the care and support of power companies at all levels and provincial and municipal governments, its rural power work has flourished, and remarkable achievements have been made through the hard work of the broad masses of cadres and workers in the institute. The rural power network construction and renovation project in Juanqiao Town has been basically completed with remarkable achievements, except for a few areas that need to be rebuilt due to railway and expressway construction. Rural power management has stepped into a standardized track, and rural electricians have basically achieved "quasi-professionalism, standardization and specialization" management, and basically completed the unified assessment of rural electricians, selecting the best candidates and holding certificates. The management system of rural power has been basically straightened out, and it has reached-one household and one meter, realizing "five unification", "four households" and "three openness". The following set of data is a comparison of some parameters before and after the transformation of rural power. By comparison, it can be shown that the transformation of rural power has effectively promoted the improvement of farmers' living standards.

. Users are not satisfied with the standardized management, service level and service quality of rural power sector. There are several reasons why there are many complaints and reports:

1. Some local electricians are temporarily employed by the power supply department, so their professional level is not high enough and their professional quality is not hard enough.

2. The advance notice of planned maintenance and power failure of a few facilities is not in place.

3. The procedures for customers to apply for electricity are complicated.

4. There are few business outlets, which makes it inconvenient for enterprises to pay fees.

Based on the actual situation in rural areas, I have the following suggestions:

Power supply stations should strengthen the assessment of the professional quality and level of electricians, especially temporary employees, organize learning and improve service quality. The planned maintenance and power outage should be announced to the public one week in advance as far as possible. Simplify the procedures for customers to apply for electricity and shorten their waiting time for power-on. For the convenience of users, the power supply station can negotiate with local banks and credit cooperatives, so that users can pay their electricity bills at the nearest banks or credit cooperatives.
