Xian, male, 1962, was born in Jingyuan County, Ningxia in August. He is a Hui nationality and graduated from Sichuan University. Former director of Jingyuan County Cultural Tourism Bureau, Ningxia. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, honorary vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Artistic Workers, vice president of China National Painting and Calligraphy Institute, vice president of China Liupanshan Genghis Khan Research Association, vice president of China Guanlong Folklore Society, director of Ningxia Writers Association, member of Ningxia Literature and History Museum, editor-in-chief of Jingyuan County Records, Jingyuan Historical Story and Jingyuan Yearbook, and director of the office of Jingyuan County Records Compilation Committee. In 2007, it won the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Award of the Ministry of Culture and was one of the top 100 tourist counties in China. In 2008, he won the Ningxia Outstanding Cultural Talents Contribution Award, a famous calligrapher and writer in the 2nd/10th century, a Hui folklorist, and a visiting professor of folklore in Northwest Normal University. Literary works won the second prize of national excellent radio and television programs, calligraphy works entered the fifth national calligraphy newcomer exhibition, the national calligraphy exhibition to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Party, and the national exhibition to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March, and the second national Tang Poetry, Song Poetry and Yuan Qu Painting and Calligraphy Competition won the gold medal. His works have been spread in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
