Brief Introduction of Peking University Intellectual Property Institute

The College is led by Peking University and supervised by the College Board of Directors. The board of directors consists of 65,438+07 people. The current chairman is Mr., and the vice-chairmen are Professor Luo, vice president of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Gao Lvlin, former director of China Patent Office, and Professor He Fangchuan, vice president of Peking University. The dean of the college is Professor Wu, and the secretary-general is Professor Zheng Shengli. The aim of the college is to cultivate advanced professionals who have a certain scientific and technological knowledge base, master the basic theoretical knowledge of law and intellectual property rights, and can engage in physical and research work related to intellectual property rights in legislative, judicial and law enforcement departments, enterprises, institutions and scientific research departments.
