After several years of development, the Intellectual Property Institute has enjoyed a certain reputation in the world and has become a cultural and educational center integrating scientific research, teaching and academic exchange. The College runs an open school, and besides relying on its own strong faculty, it has also hired a group of experts and scholars with long-standing reputation at home and abroad as honorary professors or part-time professors, such as Mr. Idris, Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Mr. Gao Lulin, former director of the Patent Office of China, Mr. Duan Ruichun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Zheng, researcher of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Mr. Wang, Senior Legal Adviser of the World Intellectual Property Organization, and Mr. Ying Ming of China Software Registration Center. The college has held many world-class academic conferences and organized three international academic seminars with world intellectual property rights. The usual academic lectures and forums are more frequent and unusual, which provide a wide range of communication opportunities for teachers, students and colleagues in the college, so they are very popular.
