What level of calligraphy test is considered a special student?

Only when the calligraphy test reaches the level of 10 can special students be considered. Specifically, only when the calligraphy examination reaches 10 level can a special student be considered, and the standard of this level is clearly stipulated in the calligraphy examination of China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination. At present, there are three systems of calligraphy grade examination: one is the China calligraphy grade examination sponsored by Beijing Education Examinations Institute, the other is the calligraphy grade examination sponsored by the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, and the last is the social calligraphy grade examination sponsored by the Calligraphers Association, which is approved by the education department in front and the cultural department in the back. Special students refer to students with special talents in some aspects (such as art and sports). In the college entrance examination, special students can get certain preferential policies, but they need to prove their specialties through special tests or scores.
