Wuling gatehouse is magnificent, and the word "Wuling" on its forehead was inscribed by Yu Youren. Inside the gatehouse, there is also the word "Wuling", which is still written by Jiang Shi, and the font is in the middle, which is quite impressive. Why is Wu Ling, the subject of Yu Youren, outside? It turned out that in 1930, the headmaster of Wuling Middle School asked Jiang to write the word Wuling first, and the rest of Wuling was sent later. Ask Jiang for advice. How to put these two words? Without thinking, Jiang replied, "Yu Youren is a calligrapher, and his inscription should be placed outside." The word "Wuling" is unique in hand carving. In addition to carving completely according to the written words, it is also to carve concave glyphs from hard "bluestone". Difficult, people call this glyph "Yin". After the founding of New China, in order to remove the "legacy" left by Chiang Kai-shek, Xikou people could not bear to lose the word "Wuling", so they thought of a way to paint it literally with cement, and the word Wuling was hidden. 1979, an opening to the outside world, blew off the cement on the "Yin". Chiang Kai-shek's relics have been restored one after another, and the original "Wuling" inscribed by Yu Youren and Chiang Kai-shek reappears in front of tourists.
