Buddha [fó]

Buddha, a commonly used Chinese character (first-level character), is pronounced as fú. It was first seen in "The Book of Songs" [1]. Its original meaning is that one cannot see clearly, and It can be extended to meanings such as compassion. "Buddha" is also pronounced as fó, which is the word used for transliteration. It is the provincial name of Buddha in Sanskrit, which means the enlightened one. It is the name used by Buddhists for successful practitioners.
