Art (normal) major is a normal undergraduate major with a four-year academic system and a bachelor's degree in literature. This major trains high-quality, compound teachers who master the basic theory and knowledge of fine arts and have solid basic skills in fine arts teaching and research, as well as workers engaged in painting research, artistic creation and artistic management in cultural departments, art publishing houses and cultural management units. This major has three directions: Chinese painting, oil painting and design education. The main courses are sketch, color, oil painting still life, oil painting landscape, Chinese painting (figures), Chinese painting (flowers and birds), Chinese painting (landscapes), calligraphy seal cutting, logo design, advertising design, CI design, environmental art design, China art history, foreign art history, appreciation and creation of works of art, perspective, chromatics and human anatomy.
I am a sophomore in the Academy of Fine Arts. Personally, if you like normal majors, you must choose fine arts (normal) majors. After all, it is a normal university, and the major of normal school is definitely stronger! This major is divided into oil painting, printmaking and Chinese painting.
