Guo Jiulin, 1949, from Pingding County, Yangquan City. He used to be the vice chairman and party secretary of Pingding County Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Member of Shanxi Calligraphers Association, China Folk Writers Association, China Old People Painting and Calligraphy Research Association and China Couplet Association.
1968 graduated from Shanxi Pingding Normal University, 1985 graduated from Beijing Advertising Institute, and 20 14 was employed as a painter in China Painting Academy. His paintings and calligraphy works have won many awards in China, Shanxi Province and Yangquan City.
