Zhuge Liang's life achievements in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms are as follows:
Collect the two rivers, arrange eight arrays, catch six out of seven, light 49 lights before five feet, and concentrate on three concerns.
Take western Shu, gather people from the south, and reject things from the north. In Zhong Jun's records, Jin Mu's divination was changed, and the water surface could be attacked by fire.
"Six exits" means six exits from Qishan, "seven escapes" means seven escapes from Menghuo, and the rebellion in southern Xinjiang was completely put down. "East River" refers to Sun Quan of East River, "North Rejection" refers to North Rejection of Cao Cao, "Fire Attack" refers to burning Chibi, "Taking Two Rivers" refers to recovering Dongchuan and Xichuan, and refers to Liu Zhang and Zhang Lu. When he turned on the light, he felt that his life in the Northern Expedition was about to run out. In Wuzhangyuan, the "Eight Arrays" continued to block Soochow's pursuers and let Liu Bei escape from danger.
Zhuge Liang (181-23410-8), a native of Yang Du, Xuzhou (now yinan county, Linyi City, Shandong Province), was an outstanding politician, strategist, essayist and calligrapher during the Three Kingdoms period. When he was alive, he was named Hou of Wuxiang. After his death, he pursued loyalty to the marquis of Wuxiang. Because of its military ability, the Eastern Jin regime was posthumously named King Wu Xing. Representative prose works include An Example and A Book of Commandments. He once invented the wooden ox, the flying horse, the Kongming lantern and so on, and transformed the crossbow, called Zhuge Lian crossbow, which can hit all targets with one crossbow. In the twelfth year (234), Yu Jianxing died in Wuzhangyuan (now Qishan, Baoji).
Inventions include
Sky Lantern: Also known as Kongming Lantern, it is said that it originated from Pingle ancient town in Sichuan. During the Three Kingdoms period, this town was a military fortress. Zhuge Liang was trapped in Pingyang by Sima Yi. Zhuge Liang calculated the wind direction, made a paper lantern, tied the distress message and put it in the sky, and finally escaped.
Crossbow: Zhuge Liang has greatly improved it, so it is also called Zhuge Lian crossbow or Zhuge crossbow.
Cattle herding Liu Ma: It is divided into cattle herding and Liu Ma, and it is a means of transportation. According to historical records, it was used in Zhuge Liang's Northern Expedition from the 9th to 12th year of Jianxing (23 1-234). Its load is "one-year-old grain" < 400 kilograms >, and its daily trip is "dozens of special travelers, traveling 20 miles collectively", providing rations for the 654.38+10,000 troops of the Han State. In addition, there are organs to prevent the enemy from taking it. However, its actual design and use are not clear, and later generations have different interpretations of it.
