After the "September 18th Incident", Luo went to Beijing with his family as a guard instructor and lived at No.8 Zhuiba Hutong, Huanghuamen Street, Beijing. Later, Wu Taixun introduced him to the guard camp of General Zhang Xueliang as a martial arts instructor. In 1930s and 1940s, he made friends with Wulin, became sworn brothers with six Wulin friends, and Luo was the eldest brother. My second brother, Tang Fengting, opened the Daxing Martial Arts School at the Fire Temple in Huashi Street. Tang Fengting is kind and respected by his disciples. Third brother Hao Jiasan is a famous artist in Taiji Biography. He often goes home to learn skills from Luo and can write a good hand. Gao Xiuting, the fourth brother, is a businessman and a disciple of Shang Yunxiang, a master of Xingyi Boxing. Zhang Jinglin, the fifth brother, practiced Xingyiquan and was knowledgeable; Brother Liu and the famous contemporary Xingyiquan are both proud disciples of Mr. Shang Yunxiang. Zhang Ziliang, the seventh brother, is also a famous Xingyiquan. He has a wide network of contacts and often exchanges skills at home.
After the Liaoshen Campaign, Luo returned to Beiping. 1949 Wu Xing Wushu Club was established in Linxiang Hall, yanshou temple 100, Xuanwu District. Later, at the invitation of Leng Chu, president of the Central College of Political Science and Law, he served as a martial arts teacher of the school. During the period of 1950, I went to the West Woods near the Concert Hall of Zhongshan Park to practice martial arts every day, taught students martial arts, and formed an indissoluble bond with Yang Yuting, a famous Tai Ji Chuan teacher, which became a legendary story in contemporary martial arts.
1962, Beijing Wushu Association was established. Luo was appointed as a member of the first Beijing Wushu Association and head of the research group of Xingyiquan and Baguazhang. He often participates in various martial arts activities in Beijing and is praised by Wulin people.
Luo loved martial arts all his life and taught many disciples. In teaching, he attaches great importance to setting an example, advocates respecting the ancient and seeking the new, and requires students to be extremely strict, pay attention to words and deeds, and make great efforts to practice boxing. He has cultivated many descendants in Northeast China, North China, Beijing and Inner Mongolia, such as Torre Yang, Du Jinguo, Li Keren, Xu, Fu Weizhong and Ma Youqing.
Luo died in 1967 at the age of 78 and was first buried in Xincheng County, Hebei Province. At the beginning of this century, the soldiers moved back to the Beijing Alien Cemetery together.
