Calligrapher Mr. Chen Zekun, a member of China Calligraphers Association, was the vice chairman of China Calligraphers Association. I remember seeing his simple little works cost 3800 yuan nine years ago. Mr. Chen died in March last year (20 1 1)! His works will soar in recent years! If you have his works, you must keep them! Don't sell it casually! It can only grow substantially in the next few decades!
