A Brief Introduction of Calligrapher Wang Xitian

Wang Xitian, a native of Handan, Hebei Province, was born in Rungeng and Buyi. He studied calligraphy with the famous calligrapher Wang Le in the 1960s and later with Li Shoucheng. He has been writing for decades and has made great achievements in calligraphy. His works have won many national and provincial awards, and have been included in famous dictionaries and published in professional newspapers such as Calligraphy Guide and Painter. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, vice president of China Calligraphers Research Association, member of Hebei Calligraphy Association and vice president of Handan congtai district Calligraphy Association.
