Fang Quji, formerly known as Zhengfu, Chaozhi and Zhimu, was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, and was a master of printing. He wrote a lot of works before his death, and compiled the seal cutting school of Ming and Qing Dynasties, which filled the gap in the research of the 5-year history of Indian studies in Ming and Qing Dynasties. He is recognized as a leading figure in Chinese printing circles in the 2th century. He has served as vice chairman of China Calligraphers Association, vice president of Xiling Printing Society and vice chairman of Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
