Main activities of Guangxi Calligraphers Association

Since its establishment, Guangxi Calligraphers Association has actively organized various calligraphy exhibitions, published calligraphy publications and theoretical research activities. Some progress has been made in foreign exchanges.

1. In 1995, Zhang Kaizheng went to Japan to hold a solo exhibition of Zhang Kaizheng's poems and books at the invitation of the Sino-Japanese Cultural Exchange Association in Inshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan;

2. In June 1996, Vice President Zhou Zhaozhao held a solo exhibition in Japan;

3. In 1996, Guilin Calligraphy and Painting and Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province jointly held a cross-strait calligraphy exhibition;

4. In August 1996, Zhong Jiazuo was invited to the United States to give lectures and exchange calligraphy.

5. In October 1996, Shuai Liguo went to Singapore to hold a solo exhibition;

6. In 1997, Lu Peijun gave calligraphy lectures twice in San Diego, USA.

7. In 1997, Kong Xiangzhu's works were exhibited in Jiangxi;

8. Vice Chairman Lin Jianxun visited China with the Japanese lettering delegation;

9. Ma Daizong and Luo Jian held book fairs in Taiwan Province, Tainan and Taichung;

in October and 1998, Zhou Zhaozhao held a solo exhibition in four cities, including Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;

11. In 1998, Vice Chairman Zhong Jinrong visited Taiwan with the delegation of the book fair;

12. In 1999, Guangxi Calligraphy Association and Kaohsiung City of Taiwan Province jointly held the Cross-Strait Calligraphy Exhibition, which was exhibited in Guilin.

13. In 1999, Kong Xiangzhu's works were exhibited in Malaysia;

14. In 1999, Luo Min went to Taiwan to hold an exhibition;

15. In September 1999, Zhou Zhaozhao went to Malaysia to hold an exhibition and give lectures.
