Regine Velasquez, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Lin Xiu, Vice Chairman of China Bookstore and Chairman of Beijing Bookstore, Tian Boping, Zhang Shufan, Yu Zhitong and Li Youlai, Directors of China Bookstore, Peng Liming, Vice Chairman of Beijing Bookstore, and Zhang Youqing, Honorary Vice Chairman of Beijing Bookstore, respectively served as the final judges of this grand prix. The purpose of this competition is "China celebrates the Millennium civilization, Beijing welcomes the Olympic Games with ink", vigorously publicizes the excellent traditional culture of the motherland, and adds new highlights for building a new Beijing and welcoming the new Olympic Games. The activities are closely related to the whole society, speeding up the pace of building a harmonious society, and highlighting the spiritual outlook of calligraphers in the capital. Among the contestants are teachers and soldiers, as well as young and middle-aged creative masters and budding teenagers in the book world. For most contestants, especially the small authors, it is almost the first time to participate in such a major competition, and the graded examination is also a rare opportunity for their artistic career. In the competition, there are not only works created on the spot according to the theme, but also pairs of antagonistic propositions, as well as comprehensive textual research and couplet creation by quality judges, which comprehensively examines the comprehensive ability of players at all levels. The judges also made wonderful comments one by one, and the small players in the children's group showed good basic skills and comprehensive knowledge structure when creating and answering questions.
