Inner monologue: How did I win the prize step by step when I studied calligraphy as a freshman?

Before answering the questions on the topic, I want to say one thing first. In the last article, what changes did calligraphy bring to life? Many simple friends added me and asked me how I taught myself calligraphy and won the first prize in the provincial competition.

For this question, I want to explain that I am not self-taught. To be honest, if I am self-taught, it is actually very difficult to win the provincial prize, because for example, I am studying in Guangzhou, and there are calligraphy training institutions everywhere in Guangzhou. Many people who participated in this competition have already participated in training courses, and have practiced for several years longer than me. Then how did I learn? Let me elaborate on it.

I happened to be a freshman after I went to Guangzhou to study in university. Sometimes I go out to play and find many hobby training classes, such as table tennis training classes and Chinese painting training classes. ...

What attracted me most was the calligraphy training class. I like practicing calligraphy since I was a child, but I have never had systematic guidance and practice. I have been to those training classes, and I feel that the children have written well, and they have ideas when they hang one work on the wall. Maybe I was a little impulsive, but in retrospect, I think I was right.

At that time, I also wanted to write my own work. My idea is very simple, that is, I want to find a teacher to teach me calligraphy, but teaching this in Guangzhou is very expensive.

Fortunately, my parents are very supportive and have no objection, but they have made a request. Since they have learned, they should be eager to learn, not casually, and not give up halfway. After a few days of calm thinking, I decided to study, and then I paid the tuition for one year. As for tuition, it's almost ten thousand a year. In this way, I really started my difficult and happy journey of learning calligraphy.

I quoted quite expensive. It's one-on-one, learned from a calligrapher. Every time I have to take a long bus to his studio to study. After learning, because it is night, sometimes it is quite late. Even during the summer vacation, I didn't go back to school until one or two in the morning. Because I practiced during that time, I felt it was difficult to make progress, so the teacher asked me a little more, hoping that I would practice for a long time. At the same time, he is also a night owl, so we both practiced until midnight. Generally, you have to take out your school card to register after returning to school.

During the day, I usually practice when there is no class. Basically, I seldom go out to play outside school. My roommates often either watch movies in the dormitory or go out to play. It is difficult for them to understand what interests me in calligraphy. In fact, I sometimes feel bored practicing, but after thinking about it, it's my choice. I didn't like giving up halfway since I was a child. I usually do one thing, either I don't do it or I try my best.

After practicing for almost half a year, the teacher began to let me take part in some competitions and exercise, because if I always practice by myself and don't take part in the competitions, I won't know what my problems are.

But I seldom won prizes until the teacher told me about this provincial competition. Actually, time was tight at that time, because there were still a few days before the deadline. Actually, I don't have much hope. After all, there were too many people attending, but I still tried my best to prepare and do every detail well.

In those days, only I knew how much I had paid and thought about how to write it every day. When I thought I had a plan, I wrote it out, only to find that there were many problems in many places. Of course, I am also very nervous, because the first time I wrote a work to participate in the provincial competition, that night was the longest time I wrote, and I thought about it repeatedly. By the time I finally finished writing, it was already four o'clock in the morning, and I had to raise the flag in the morning, and then I waited. Sometimes life is like this. If you do more details than others, maybe you will succeed. And this award is also a new beginning for me.

By the way, the income that calligraphy brings me. In fact, some people may think I am utilitarian, but I think I make money by my own specialty. Similar to some people like ppt at first, and then help others when ppt technology is good. In fact, I think it's quite good. At least I have been affirmed by others for my value.

First, I worked part-time in a calligraphy training institution. Generally speaking, they recruit people to teach calligraphy according to what prize you won, so I worked there smoothly for half a year. At the beginning, it was more than one hour 100. This is also the biggest source of my income.

Secondly, sometimes someone reads my handwriting and asks me to help him copy something or write a propaganda newspaper.

Thirdly, since I won the prize in that competition, other competitions I contributed have also won prizes, and there are also many bonuses.

Fourth, a cultural station held activities, and I went to help them write couplets. I went to several communities and sent Spring Festival couplets for free. When the residents chose the content, I wrote it. This is when I am writing, and others take pictures of me. Forgive me mosaic ~

In the new year, I am also trying to practice new copybooks and strive for new gains. The following are two ancient poems I wrote.

Finally, I think people should push themselves and others. If you don't push yourself, how can you find that what you think is impossible has actually been done?

After doing our best, the result of things is not what we thought. After all, we have done our best and have nothing to regret.

If you also like calligraphy and are willing to stick to it, welcome to join my exchange. The following is my recent article.

"Your handwriting is really beautiful" (by practicing handwriting)

Basic calligraphy requires these artifacts (with personal copying).

What will happen to life if you insist on calligraphy for one year?
