Mr. Cao Yu, the first president of Qiyang Seal Society, was born in a famous family in Qishan and graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts as a professional calligrapher and painter. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. He is a member of the Printmakers Association, a director of the Yandi Research Association, a professor at Xijing University, and the honorary president of the Xiqin Academy of Fine Arts. He has published many works and created the first "Stone Drum Wentu" to attract public attention. The first vice president is Jiang Haicang, a famous calligrapher, painter and seal engraver. Shi Wenji, Li Xiaoming, and Xue Duowen are all artists who have published monographs and won many art awards across the country. Most of them are members of the Chinese Calligraphy Association or the Chinese Art Association. They are currently leaders in calligraphy and painting organizations in various places.

Especially the establishment of the social magazine "Shigu", which has great influence across the country. , Wen Huaisha, Ouyang Zhongshi, Kang Yin, Shen Peng, Huo Songlin, Huang Yanghui, Feng Yiwu, Liu Jiang, Ru Gui, Shi Kai, Wang Dongling, Huang Dun, Wang Chongren, Li Yansheng, Wu Shanzhang and others wrote inscriptions and supported the publication.
