1947 joined the China * * * production party and engaged in the secret work of the party. He used to be the secretary and liaison of the underground party branch. 1987 Nanjing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences retired. He used to be the propaganda minister of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Provincial Committee, the executive director of the Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, the representative of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Youth League, and the representative of the Fifth Sixth Cultural Congress of Jiangsu Province. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, honorary director of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, distinguished calligrapher of Jiangsu Chinese Painting Academy, consultant and researcher of Nanjing International Cultural and Art Exchange Center. Xu Beihong, art consultant of the Academy of Painting, honorary president of Taiwan Province National Treasure Painting Academy. June 1999 Participated in Jiangsu Calligraphy Delegation's Visit to Japan. He has held personal calligraphy exhibitions in Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Zhenjiang and Zhangjiagang. Published "Selected Works of Chen Ken's Calligraphy" and "Eight Calligraphy by Du Fuqiu Chen Ken". 1994 won the special prize of the international calligraphy exhibition, and 1995 won the first prize of the 70th anniversary painting and calligraphy exhibition of the national trade union. He has won the gold medal in the National Book Goose Pavilion Exhibition, 1996 China Contemporary Calligraphy Gold Award, 1997 "Chinese Yanhuang Calligraphy Celebrity", 1998 "Excellent Works Award of World Art Center" and the title of outstanding Chinese artists in the world. 1999 was awarded the title of "Special Gold Award in National Exhibition of Folk Arts and Crafts, Fine Arts and Calligraphy" and "Artist with Both Virtue and Arts across the Taiwan Strait", and was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Retired Cadre" by China Academy of Sciences in the same year. His calligraphy is the second king of patriarchal clan system, exploring Qin and Han Dynasties and overlooking Ming and Qing Dynasties. He is famous for his cursive script, strict and steady, graceful and harmonious, and beautiful. He advocates creating calligraphy works that meet the requirements of the times on the basis of tradition. He worked hard with the spirit and attitude of "writing himself down and dedicating himself to the society" and "only seeking to climb without seeking height". Mr Zhou Gucheng spoke highly of his words. Nave who wrote "Rich and interesting, faith is calligrapher" gave it to me. Zhao Puchu was in Beijing to watch his book fair when he was ill. Finally, he wrote "falling clouds" to praise him. And "Wu" as the collection of China Buddhist College. His works are carved in more than ten forest of steles, including Yuhuatai in Nanjing, Hanyuan in Henan, Yuanji in Hubei, Quyuan, Yellow River and Tai 'an. His works and biographies have been compiled into various painting collections and more than 200 celebrity dictionaries, such as China Contemporary Calligraphers' Dictionary, Son of the Orient and Who's Who in the World.
