In the past year, I have humbly studied the class management strategies of outstanding teachers, combined with the actual situation of this class, and explored some class management methods suitable for the characteristics of the students in this class. Focus on the details and stick to the routine. Throughout the year, we focused on educating students in our class about daily behavioral norms, starting from the details, implementing every detail, and striving to make every link orderly. We use morning meetings, class meetings and other opportunities to focus on cultivating and guiding students in our class in terms of learning attitudes, learning habits and learning methods, and actively explore a learning path that suits them. A good learning atmosphere has gradually formed within the class. By setting up study groups and selecting competitors within the class, the whole class can form a learning momentum to catch up with each other and strive for the top. ;
