He has served as director of the Printing and Casting Bureau of the military government of the Republic of China, secretary of the base camp of Marshal Sun Yat-sen, secretary-general of the Ministry of Communications of the Guangzhou National Government, secretary-general of the Guangzhou National Government Committee, acting minister of the Ministry of Railways and legislator of the Legislative Yuan. On January 12, 1935, he served as the fourth legislator of the Legislative Yuan, and later moved to Macao due to illness. He resigned on January 2, 1939, and was re-elected as a legislator of the Legislative Yuan on September 23, 1941, and resigned on March 28, 1942. On March 9, 1943, he was re-elected as a member of the Legislative Yuan.
