Poets and calligraphers in Yang Pei

Yang Pei (192 1~), also known as Yangzhong, took the pen name Mo Weng. People from Huai 'an, Jiangsu.

1942 graduated from Huaibei Jiangsu-Anhui Border Administration College. He has served as deputy manager of the New Fourth Army and local county-level companies, deputy commander of geological brigade, and curator of Suzhou Museum and Suzhou Library. He used to be the judge of Suzhou Junior Calligraphy Competition and the editorial board of Calligraphy and Painting Research.

He is currently a member of the Art Steering Committee of Suzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Secretary General of Suzhou Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, Executive Vice President of Suzhou Veteran Cadres Painting and Calligraphy Association, Honorary President of Shuangta Painting and Calligraphy Seal Cutting Association, member of China Poetry Society, member of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, member of Suzhou Old Writers and Artists Association and member of Canglang Poetry Society. He has participated in the Sino-Japanese Calligraphy Joint Exhibition, the International Calligraphy Union Exhibition held by Tokyo Art Museum in Japan and more than 50 domestic exhibitions; Won the International Bookstore Alliance Award and the Domestic Excellence Award. Donate calligraphy works for the charity sale for disaster relief, the 1 1 Asian Games, and create calligraphy works for the Great Wall Picture of Oriental Painting and Calligraphy as a gift for the return of Hong Kong. Calligraphy works have been circulated at home and abroad, and have been included in the 2500th Anniversary Book of Suzhou Capital, The Legend of Momo in Gusu, Gusu Art Museum, etc., and collected by China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper. Poems were compiled into Frost Sword, Song of Gusu, Selected Poems of Canglang, and selected into Thousand Selected Poems. Ci is included in the Dictionary of Names of China Poetry Society, Huai 'an Dictionary of Names, and Who's Who of Contemporary Art in China.
