The (1) contest is sponsored by our company and professionally directed by China Calligraphers Association. Our writing department is responsible for daily work such as activity arrangement and information exchange, as well as organizing finals and grand prize competitions and commendations.
(2) Each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is a competition area. Provincial language and writing institutions are responsible for the deployment, organization and coordination of the competition area, properly arrange registration, preliminary and semi-finals, organize works and contestants to participate in finals and grand prize competitions, and collect and submit all kinds of information. The specific organization and operation mode shall be determined by all localities themselves.
Second, the competition theme and writing requirements
The theme of the contest is "Writing Classics and Inheriting Civilization".
The content of writing must be selected from China's classical poems and prose works, and can also be selected from Chinese textbooks. Writing must use standardized Chinese characters, traditional Chinese characters and variant Chinese characters are not allowed, the word "Erjian" is put an end to, and self-created characters and typos are not allowed.

It is divided into four stages: preliminary, semi-final, final and grand prix.

The finals and grand prize competitions will be arranged by our company, and the principles and requirements will be notified separately.
(3) Competition rules

(1) * * There are 8 groups: primary school group 1( 1-3 grade), primary school group 2 (grades 4-6), junior high school group (grades 7-9), senior high school group (ordinary senior high school students), secondary vocational school group (secondary vocational schools) and university group.
(2) There are six kinds of calligraphy: soft-pen regular script, soft-pen official script, soft-pen official script, hard-pen official script, hard-pen official script and hard-pen official script. Each player can only submit 1 works in the final; The preliminary and semi-finals are arranged by each division.

2. Teacher Award: Set up the Best Tutor Award and Excellent Tutor Award, which will be won by the tutors of the students with the special prize and the first prize respectively.
3. Organizational Unit Award: Best Organizational Unit Award and Excellent Organizational Unit Award. According to the proportion of students participating in the competition, the quality of submitted works and the organization of publicity work. Those who violate the requirements of the competition rules will be disqualified.
(2) Identification method
Issue certificates to the winning individuals, award medals to the winning units, and announce the winners' list. Relevant information will be published in the company and related websites.
Five, the organization and propaganda work requirements
We should fully understand the positive role of organizing students' standardized Chinese character writing competition in promoting standardized Chinese characters, promoting writing education and learning Chinese classics. All localities should take it as an important part of language and writing work and promote quality education, take measures, increase publicity, seriously organize and launch, expand the scale of participation, improve the quality of participation, find typical cases and advanced experiences in time, and make the competition a process of summing up teaching experience and displaying achievements in the region.

Please forward this notice to the local cities and local universities as soon as possible, expand publicity, make relevant departments and schools improve their understanding of the importance of organizing competitions, do a good job in deployment, publicity and training, mobilize students to actively participate in competitions as much as possible, and take practical measures to strengthen the education of standardized Chinese character writing.
