Aisingiorro Fu Lin (March 15, 1638-February 5, 1661), the ancestor of the Qing Dynasty, was the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty and the first emperor to enter the customs. The ninth son of Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty, Chongde was born in Yongfu Palace in Shenyang Forbidden City in 1638, and his biological mother was Bolzigit, the queen of Xiaozhuang. Shunzhi, the year number, reigned for eighteen years.
In the seventeenth year of Shunzhi (166), Princess Dong died of illness in Chenggan Palace, and Fu Lin was in pain, and political anguish also troubled him. At this time, only Buddhism made him have something to trust, so he sprouted the idea of becoming a monk again. At the turn of September and October, Fu Lin made up his mind to become a monk, and he became a baldheaded son of heaven by the tonsure of Tiaoxisen. On October 15th, Zen master Yulin Tongyu, the teacher of Tiaoxisen, arrived in Beijing with a letter. When he heard that his apprentice had shaved the emperor's hair, he flew into a rage and immediately ordered everyone to pile up firewood and prepare to burn Tiaoxisen. Therefore, he advised Fu Lin to say: "If the law of the world is used, the emperor should always sit on the throne, which can stabilize the heart of the Virgin Mary and make the people live and work in peace;" According to the law of birth, the emperor should also be a monarch and emperor forever, and he can protect those who practice Buddhism externally and live in the residence of all powerful bodhisattvas. " Fu Lin listened to his advice, allowed to grow hair, and temporarily gave up the idea of becoming a monk. Yan Xisen was also saved from being burned to death, and left Beijing for the south that month. Although Fu Lin is no longer a monk, his heart has been completely influenced by Buddhism.
