Tanggu Chinese character Daguan Cultural Wall is a cultural urban construction project in response to the strategy of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to vigorously develop Haihe River economy. The whole cultural wall is planned to start from Tanggu Haihe Bund Park in the east and reach Daliangzi Ferry in the west, with a total length of 2 100 meters. * * * can be divided into the origin of Chinese characters, in which "Gankunzi" means boating in wenhai, * * * appreciation of strange poems, playing tiger with lanterns, and picking up English in the garden. The first phase of the Cultural Wall includes the origin of Chinese characters, Gan Kun in Chinese characters and boating in Wenhai, with a length of 1.200m and an area of 3,840m2, of which the carving area is over 2,000m2, accounting for about 60,000 characters. The cultural wall was conceived and designed by Tanggu District, and the decorative art design was completed by the District Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. The cultural wall is based on the flood dike about 3.2 meters high on the north bank of Haihe River. Nearly a hundred sculptors carefully carved the enlarged calligraphy works on the stone tablet. At the same time of installing the stone tablet, the cultural stone is combined with the background, and the dry painting is combined with the real paste. For the convenience of tourists, a new stone and wood trail is built, which integrates the cultural wall, the water features of Haihe River, the night lights and the green landscape in the lower reaches of Haihe River, making this flood control facility a beautiful corridor integrating cultural values and artworks.
