At the top, there is an all-wood attic with bagua palm glass roof and a three-eave cross-rest peak. The total height is 27 meters, and a gold plaque is hung above the roof lintel around the first floor of the attic, which means "protecting the country and benefiting the people" in the east, "assisting the Yuan civilization" in the south, "looking at the West River" in the west and "protecting the north of Hebei" in the north.
