Jiuhong Zhonglei Drum

Pang Shiyuan of Nanjun heard that Sima Decao was in Yingchuan, so he waited for him for two thousand miles. At last, when De Cao was picking mulberry, Shiyuan said from the car, "I heard that my husband should take Jin Pei Zi (3) with him. How can he bend the torrent and hold the silk woman?" "Let's get off the bus," said Cao De. I know the speed of evil path, and I don't worry about the lost path. Yesterday, Bo became a coupling farmer and did not admire the glory of the princes (5); Sangshu, Yuan Xian, is not easy to have an official residence. Why do you sit in a luxurious house, walk in a fat horse, and have dozens of maids, and then wonder? This is why Xu and his father are so generous, and why Yi and Qi sigh. "Although there is a title ⑨ stolen from Qin, a thousand dollars of wealth ⑩ is not expensive enough." Shi Yuan said, "My servant is born with a drooping edge, and I don't know the righteousness. If I don't knock Hong Zhong and cut the thunder drum, I won't know the sound!"

"Translation"

Pang Shiyuan (Pang Tong) of Nanjun heard that Sima Decao (Si Mahui) was in Yingchuan, and came to visit him from two thousand miles away. When I got there, I met Sima De picking mulberry leaves. Pang Shiyuan said to him in the car, "I heard that a gentleman should bring a gold seal and a purple ribbon, so how can he be a coward and do what these women do!" De Cao said, "Get off first. You only know that it is convenient to take a shortcut, but you don't consider the danger of getting lost. In the past, Bocheng would rather farm than envy the splendor of the princes; Yuan Xian sang-shu's funeral home is not like being an official. How can anyone who lives in a gorgeous house, rides a burly horse and is surrounded by dozens of maids, make great achievements? This is why Xu You and Chao Fu made generous concessions, while Boyi and Shu Qi lamented the country's demise and starved to death in shouyangshan. Even if Lv Buwei steals a high official like Xiangguo, Qi Jinggong's wealth of 4, horses is not precious. " Pang Shiyuan said, "I was born on the edge, and I didn't hear any profound truth. If I hadn't knocked on Hong Zhong and thunderdrums myself, I wouldn't have known their roar." 2. Translation of Cui Yuan's Motto

Original translation 1

There is no shortage of people, and there is no shortage of people. Don't expose the shortcomings of others. Don't talk about your own strengths. )

Be careful when giving, and don't forget when receiving. Remember when you have helped others, and you can't forget when you have benefits. )

common reputation is lacking, and benevolence is the discipline. (worldly honor is not enough to envy, and benevolence is the discipline in life. )

it's no harm to be invisible and then move. There is nothing wrong with being willing to do good behind the scenes and slandering criticism. )

Don't exaggerate your fame, and keep the secret of a fool. (Don't retreat from fame, don't make a wise man show himself. )

the weak are born, but the old commandments are strong. (Weakness is the most vital, and Lao Tzu advocates softness and rigidity. )

in nirvana, it is expensive, and warmth contains light. People are dirty and not stained, but they have light in adversity. )

it's hard to measure because it's too long. Shallow stubbornness is a villain, and a gentleman is leisurely and generous. )

be careful with your words and diet, and contentment is better than misfortune. ) Speak carefully, eat moderately, be content with what you have and avoid disaster. )

if you are persistent, you will be fragrant for a long time. Persevere in practice, and you will be virtuous over time. )

Translation 2:

Don't talk about the shortcomings of others, and don't boast about your own advantages.

don't take it to heart when you give kindness to others; Accept the kindness of others and never forget it.

the worldly name is not worthy of envy; Only "benevolence" is the fundamental rule of being a man.

before you do anything, you feel comfortable and ashamed, and then you do it. Can other people's slander hurt you?

Don't let your reputation surpass the facts, show off your talents and cleverness. This is what saints praise.

in a dirty environment, it is important not to be polluted. People with talent and virtue are introverted, only seeking inner enrichment, not superficial vanity.

Weak people are suitable for survival because they are tough and not easily destroyed.

I think that being strong is easier to be destroyed than being weak, so I take being strong as a warning.

people with shallow knowledge always want to appear strong. Only when he is idle and doesn't argue with others will his success be inevitable.

Be careful what you say and moderate your diet. A person can stop or avoid unlucky things by knowing that he is satisfied without greed.

If you follow this motto and persist in doing it, after a long time, Cai De will naturally shine like a flower fragrance. 3. What does the stone inscription mean?

Motto

One of the inscription styles. Ming yuan refers to the words carved on the utensils, which are spread to future generations in order to record merits and praise virtues. Lv Yanji's inscription in Selected Works of Cui Yuan's Motto reads: "My brother Zhang was killed by someone, so he took revenge with his hand, was desperate, and was pardoned. I wrote this inscription to warn myself and taste the right seat, so I said the motto." The motto comes from this. The inscription of the motto is shorter than other inscriptions, and some are just one or two sentences or aphorisms, which are placed next to the seat for self-warning. Everyone has his own principles for dealing with people, and the motto is a common form of abiding by this principle. The content of the motto is to encourage yourself, push yourself, or restrain your behavior.

Motto is a kind of inscription. Ming (as far as its noun attribute is concerned) has two interpretations in Modern Chinese Dictionary:

(1) words describing facts, merits, etc. on utensils and tablets;

(2) Be wary of your own words. 4. It is hard to find a guest in the translation of classical Chinese

The ancestors of Qi Tian were in the court, and there were thousands of diners. Some people offered fish and geese, but Tian Shi looked at them and sighed, "Heaven is rich to the people! Cultivate grain, give birth to fish and birds, and think about it. "All the guests are in harmony. There is Bao's son, who is twelve years old, who is also sitting. He said," It's not as good as you said. Everything in heaven and earth is born with me, and there are no classes. All classes are made of small intelligence, eating each other, not being born for each other. Is heaven a life for people who eat from the edible? Besides, gnats are covered with skin, and tigers and wolves eat meat. If it's not natural, it's gnats and tigers and wolves who eat meat. " Tian Shi, an aristocrat of Qi State, once offered a sacrifice to the Road God in the courtyard. After the sacrifice, thousands of guests were invited to the banquet. During the dinner, someone presented a fish and geese. He said with emotion: "How profound the God of Heaven is to mankind! We have bred grains and given birth to fish and birds for us to enjoy. "Just as he finished, all the guests at the banquet echoed and agreed. At this moment, a twelve-year-old boy named Bao came forward and said," It's not what you said! Everything between heaven and earth, and we * * * live in nature together, are all things. There is no distinction between nobility and inferiority in things themselves, but only by virtue of the size of wisdom and strength, which restricts each other, and it is not who is born for whom. Where is it that God was specially born for human beings to get something to eat? For example, mosquitoes and gnats suck people's blood, and tigers and wolves eat people's meat. Can it be said that humans were born in heaven to make food for gnats and tigers and wolves? " Note: Qi Tian's family is Tian's (noble). Food: banquet. Ancestor Yu Ting: Banquet was held in the courtyard to offer sacrifices to the Road God. Ancestor: The ancients set up a banquet to offer sacrifices to the Road God before going out of town. Colonization: planting, so that ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Things: skin of gnats (ruì) (z? n): skin of gnats that bite. gnats, a blood-sucking insect. Diners: people who take refuge in noble families with skills. Together. Intelligence: wisdom and strength. Ben:. 5. Translation of Classical Chinese

The tree is inhuman

When Wei Wenhou was in office, Zizhi committed a crime as an official. He left Wei for the north to make a living. He called on Zhao Jianzi and said, "From now on, I will not be kind to others." Jane said, "Why?" Zi Zi said: "I trained and promoted half of the taxis in the halls of Wei, half of the doctors in the imperial court and half of the border guards." Now the taxi in the palace speaks ill of me in front of the monarch, the doctor in the imperial court threatens me with the law, and the border guards stop me with weapons, so I will no longer be virtuous to others. " Zhao Jianzi said, "Alas! What you said is wrong. If you plant peaches and plums in spring, you can enjoy the cool under them in summer and eat their fruits in autumn. If you plant tribulus in spring, you can't pick its leaves in summer, and you can only get its thorns in autumn. From this point of view, it depends on what trees to plant. Now the people you have trained and promoted are wrong. Therefore, gentlemen should choose the right object in advance and then cultivate and promote. "

Li Lichuan

Stone luxury is the national image of King Zhao of Chu. He is strong, upright, honest and fair, neither flattering nor timid. A trip to a county coincided with the murder of a murderer on the way. He chased the murderer and turned out to be his father. He let his father go and imprisoned himself when he returned. He sent someone to tell King Zhao, "The murderer is my father. It is unfilial to punish father to establish political achievements; It is disloyal to abandon laws and condone crimes; Therefore, I should die. " King Zhao said, "You chased the murderer but didn't catch him. You shouldn't be brought to justice. You'd better run the country." Shi She said: "I am not partial to my father, not a dutiful son; He who does not obey the king's law is not a loyal minister. It is the grace of the Lord that you forgive my sins; It is the duty of the minister to serve his sentence and die. " So Shi She disobeyed the orders of the King of Chu and committed suicide.

Li Li is a judge in Jin Wengong. He heard that the case was wrong and killed his life in vain. When he found out, he detained himself and sentenced him to death. Wen Gong said: "The official position is different, and the punishment is also different. This is the fault of your officials, not your guilt. " Li Li said: "The official position of the minister is the chief, and he has never given up his high position to his subordinates;" I received a lot of official salaries, and I never gave them any benefits. Now I have heard that the case was wrong and I killed my life in vain, but I have to pass the blame on to my subordinates. I have never heard of this truth. " He refused to accept Wen Gong's orders. Wen Gong said, "You think you are guilty, so am I guilty?" Li Li said: "There are laws and regulations for judges to decide cases. If they are wrongly sentenced, they will be personally punished. If they kill people wrongly, they will pay for their lives with death. You let me be a judge because I can listen to subtle secrets and decide difficult cases. Now I have heard that the case is wrong and I have killed my life in vain. I should be sentenced to death. " So he refused to accept Jin Wengong's pardon, and FuJian committed suicide and died.

brothers have different ambitions

Song Xiang lived in the suburban yamen. Last Yuan night, he was reading the Book of Changes in the academy. He heard that his younger brother Song Qi, a bachelor, lit gorgeous lights, held a geisha and drank all night. The next day, Song Xiang told someone close to him to criticize his younger brother. The man said, "Xianggong (referring to Song Xiang) asked me to tell the bachelor that you had a high-light lantern last night and had an all-night banquet, which was extremely extravagant. I wonder if you still remember the hardships when you ate and cooked together in a state school last year." The bachelor smiled and said, "Tell Xianggong, too. I don't know why we had to eat rice at that time."

One line respects the law

Once upon a time, one line (person's name) was very poor at home, and there was a neighbor named Wang Lao who always gave him a lot of money back and forth. The party often thinks about repaying him in the future.

During the Kaiyuan period, because Xuanzong appreciated him, it can be said that Xuanzong did not refuse his request. Not long after, I met Wang Lao's son who committed murder and went to prison. I asked Wang Lao to come to the party for help. The party said, "Wang Lao wants gold and silver treasures, and I will reward you for taking care of me by giving me dozens of times the money you have given me. But the emperor (generally referred to as * * *) enforced the law, but he could not plead. What do you think? " Wang Lao pointed to a line and cursed and said, "What's the use of knowing you!" The line only thanked him for his care, but in the end they didn't intercede with him. 6. Translation of Classical Chinese

1 Mozhen Creek is at the foot of Xianger Mountain in Meizhou. According to legend, Li Taibai was studying in the mountains, but he gave up and left before he finished reading. After crossing the stream, I saw an old woman grinding an iron pestle. Li Bai was surprised and asked her. The old woman replied, "I want to make needles." Li Bai asked, "Can an iron pestle be ground into a needle?" The old woman replied, "Just work hard!" Li Bai was moved by her perseverance (will) and went back to the mountain to finish her studies. The old woman herself said that her surname was Wu, and now there is Wushi Rock beside Mozhen Creek.

Lu Ji, a great poet in the early Jin Dynasty, had a dog named Huang Er. Lu Ji has been an official in Beijing, but he hasn't heard from home. He suspects that something bad has happened. One day, he joked to Huang Er and said, Can you help deliver the message? I didn't want the dog to look happy, but it wagged its tail. Lu Ji immediately wrote a letter, put it in a bamboo tube and tied it around the dog's neck. The dog passed by the post road and traveled day and night. The family read the letter and wrote back to Lu Ji. The dog immediately went on the road and ran to the capital. My hometown and Luoyang are thousands of miles apart, and it takes 5 days for people to go back and forth, while Huang Er only takes 2 days. After its death, Luji buried it in his hometown and named it "Huanger Tomb".

3 in the Han dynasty, there was a child named Huang Xiang who was from Jiangxia. Just when he was nine years old, he already understood the truth of serving his parents. Every time when the hot summer comes, he fanned his parents' mosquito nets to make pillows and mats cool and refreshing, fanned the blood-sucking bugs and mosquitoes and let his parents have a good sleep. In the cold winter, I used my body to make my parents' quilts warm and let them sleep warm. So the story of Huangxiang spread to the capital, known as "chinese odyssey, Jiangxia Huangxiang".

4 Han Xin talked with Xiao He many times, and Xiao He admired him. Hanwang's men are mostly orientals.
