Liang Shandong Jinxian, male, Han nationality, pen name: Lu Niu, 1952 was born in Jinan, Shandong Province, 1968 went to the countryside, 1969 joined the army. He is currently the executive director of the World Federation of Bangshu, a researcher of Shanghai Bangshu Research Association, a specially invited Bangshu calligrapher, deputy secretary-general of the Military Painting and Calligraphy Institute of Xinjiang Military Region, a member of Xinjiang Calligraphers Association, and a director of Xinjiang Veteran Cadres Painting and Calligraphy Society.
