After reading the whole poem "Qiu Lai", it gives people a bleak and gloomy feeling. There are many things related to ghosts, such as "cold element" in the first sentence, which refers to cold clothes, clothes for the dead. The last sentence, "the rain is cold and fragrant, and the soul hangs a scroll", means to comfort and hang like the soul of an ancient poet.
But in fact, the scariest thing is the last sentence, "Autumn grave ghosts sing treasure poems and hate blood for thousands of years." In the autumn night cemetery, people read Bao's poems, and their blood turned into jasper in the soil, which will last for thousands of years. Graveyards, ghosts, blood feuds and a series of horrible and gloomy things are depicted, so this poem is considered by many people to be the most horrible poem of Li He.
Appreciation of Qiu Lai
The poem Qiu Lai was written by Li He on a bleak autumn day. Probably, the poet is so sensitive to the passage of time that the sound of the autumn wind blowing off the phoenix tree leaves makes him soul-stirring, and the residual lamp wails at the foot of the wall, as if weaving a piece of cloth in cold weather, reminding people that it is cold in autumn and the years will die. Facing the dim light and listening to the autumn sound, the poet was filled with emotion.
Although Qiu Lai by Li He is called "ghost poem", although the poet is describing autumn, it is actually a superb performance of poetry. In this season of autumn, some fairy tales and ghost stories are mixed, thus expressing his inner sadness. It should be said that many of Li He's poems are like this. Many of his poems seem to have no descriptive basis, but they are very sad to read.
