Highland barley poetry
English name of highland barley: hullessbarley highland barley (highland barley) is a cereal crop of Gramineae barley. Because of the separation of inner and outer glumes and bare grains, it is also called naked barley, yuanmai and rice wheat. Mainly produced in China, Tibet, Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan and other places, it is the main food of Tibetan people. Highland barley has been planted on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau for about 3500 years, extending from material culture to spiritual culture, forming a highland barley culture with rich connotations and national characteristics on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It has a wide range of medicinal and nutritional values, and has introduced highland barley products such as highland barley noodles, highland barley steamed bread and highland barley nutritional powder. Highland barley is the main raw material of Four Treasures of the Study in Tibet.
