Taishi Ci was born in Huangxian County (now Longkou, Shandong Province) in Donglai. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, he was General Kong Rong and General Lu You.
Because his mother gave Kong Rong many gifts, and Kong Rong was surrounded by Guan Hai and the Yellow Scarf Army, he asked Taishi Ci for help, and Taishi Ci was ordered by his mother to help Kong Rong.
Taishi Ci broke through the tight encirclement of the yellow turban insurrectionary and joined Kong Rong. First, let the yellow turban insurrectionary army slack off, break through the encirclement of the yellow turban insurrectionary army and ask Liu Bei for help. After encirclement, Kong Rong said to Taishi Ci, "I miss my friends." It means quite important.
After leaving Liaodong, I wanted to meet Liu You, the secretariat of Yangzhou, the same county, and came to Qu County, but I haven't seen him yet. Sun Ce's army has arrived, and his men advised Liu You to make Taishi Ci a general, but Liu You was afraid of being laughed at by Xu Shao and didn't reuse it. Later, Lu You and Taishi Ci lost to Sun Ce, and Lu You fled to Wuhu and hid in the mountains, saying that Danyang became the prefect. Taishi Ci resisted stubbornly, but was finally captured by Sun Ce. Sun Ce attached great importance to Taishi Ci and later took over Taishi Ci.
Taishi Ci died before Battle of Red Cliffs at the age of 4 1 year. In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Zhang Liao fought in Hefei. I wanted to beat Zhang Liao with "internal and external cooperation" tactics. As a result, Zhang Liao saw through the plan and later died under the ambush arrow of Zhang Liao.

Taishi Ci's first appearance in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms is the eleventh time that "Liu Huangshu Beihai saved Kong Rong, while Lu defeated Cao and Puyang".
