Ginkgo classic poems

The classic poem of Ginkgo biloba is as follows:

1, duck feet Since then, the carved shadow of the earthen basin is poor. Huang Feng won Lingyun's gesture without meeting the first ambassador.

2. It's sad to look back and rub your eyes. Before and after the two plants are named Ginkgo biloba, who else should we have a ceremony with?

3, ancient ginkgo, green leaves and different spring. It's no use getting old, you know this thing will last forever.

4, ancient ginkgo, who commented on the life experience. Dead branches have been left alone to look at fallen leaves for nearly a thousand years.

5, ancient ginkgo, iron branches and new leaves. After several weathers, the years are like songs and high spirits.

Ginkgo biloba is a rare tree species left over from Mesozoic era, and it is a specialty of China. Born in acidic yellow soil with good drainage at an altitude of 500- 1000m, it is often mixed with coniferous and broad-leaved trees such as Cryptomeria fortunei, Torreya grandis and Orchidaceae, and grows vigorously. Gardens in Korea, Japan, Europe and America are cultivated.

Ginkgo biloba is a fast-growing precious timber tree species, with light yellow sapwood, yellowish brown heartwood, fine structure, light and soft weight, elasticity, easy processing, luster and specific gravity of 0.45-0.48. It is an excellent wood, which can be used in architecture, furniture, interior decoration, sculpture, drawing board and so on.

Seeds are used for food (easy to be poisoned by eating too much) and medicine. Leaves can be used as medicine, insecticide and fertilizer. The fleshy seed coat of seeds contains ginkgolic acid, ginkgol and ginkgol, which is toxic. Bark contains tannin. Ginkgo trees are beautiful in shape, with light green leaves in spring and summer and yellow leaves in autumn, which can be used as garden trees and street trees.

Ginkgo biloba is the only ancient ginkgo plant that lives on the earth. It first appeared in the Carboniferous period 345 million years ago, so it is considered as the first living fossil in the world and a giant panda in the plant kingdom.

More than 2 million years ago, after the Quaternary Glacier Movement, the earth suddenly became cold, and most ginkgo plants in other parts of the world became extinct, only China survived. Therefore, other Ginkgo biloba around the world are directly or indirectly imported from China. Ginkgo biloba was not only introduced to neighboring Japan and the Korean Peninsula, but also settled in Europe and America.
